Biscuit Cartoner Packaging Machine NS-X 5 Installed

Posted by Carla Colwell
16th August, 2018

Jacob White have just completed the installation of a full production line, for a major brand in the biscuit industry.

The line consists of a NS-X 5 automatic cartoner, fitted with a product transfer system, taking flow wrapped biscuits directly from the customers conveyoring, and loading them into cartons at speeds in excess of 120 cartons per minute.

Conveyoring then transfers the product to a Jacob White CP400 case packer.

This system has increased production rates, and given substantial savings on labour costs.
