Healthy Food Packaging Repeat Order
A major manufacture of health/protein bars, based in the United Kingdom has placed a repeat order with Jacob White for the NS-X 6 automatic cartoner, The machine is to pack three separate collations of bars, three and six into a standard carton, but then also capable of packing eighteen bars into a display carton, the machine has been fitted with a overhead control/compression unit, fully adjustable to suit various product collation heights and giving top product control to enable correct efficient and successful loading of all bars into their individual cartons.
The NS-X 6 is variable speed and apart from the obvious change of product pusher faces, no other change parts are required to run the various carton sizes, A key factor in the customer placing the repeat order was the performance and reliably of the first machine along with the after sales service supplied by Jacob White Packaging.
