Once again Jacob White Packaging have won against mounting opposition the contract to supply a major date producer and packager, who is based in the United Arab Emirates with not just its Date packaging machine the NS-X 5 the second one for this company but this time the CP-400 the fully Automatic case packing machine for collating and loading the finished and sealed cartons into shipping case for their journey to the end user, The NS-X 5 is the second cartoner this company has purchased and is fully automatic. The filled and sealed bags of dates are transported from the filler through a metal detector / check weigher and then loaded carefully and correctly in to the machine’s product buckets from here it is then loaded into the carton sealed labelled and then packed by the CP-400 into its shipping case, for our two company this has been a “Date” packaging experience worth remembering.
